PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire lock type locking device for electronic equipment capable of easily locking and connecting electronic equipment to a fixed object by connecting it easily to a connector part of the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A locking device is a wire lock type locking device for electronic equipment to locking and connecting electronic equipment to a fixed object. It comprises an outer tube 2 having a plurality of pin holes 2a, an inner tube 3 which is inserted into the outer tube 2, has a keyway 3a in axial direction, and has a plurality of pin holes 3b communicating with the pin holes 2a provided in the outer tube 2 at right angle to the keyway, a main body 1 formed by having a cord pin 5 and a drive pin 6 inserted into the pin holes 2a and 3b, respectively, and a wire 13 which connects its end to a part of the main body 1 and provides a loop part at its tip. A male thread part 10 is connected to the lower part of the inner tube 3 through a connection part 8, the male thread 10 is positioned in an inserting hole 14 located on the lower side of the main body 1, and the male thread part 10 is formed so that it can be threaded to a guide thread part 22 provided on the side of a connector part 21.
