PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the design of an A pillar and reduce wind noise caused by the difference in levels of a moulding and a front side door. SOLUTION: This wind shield side moulding mounting structure has a difference gradually slanting and expanding from an upper part to a lower part between the levels of the side section 14A of the wind shield glass plate 14 and an A pillar 12 to improve the cubic effect of the A pillar 12. The moulding mounting section 18C of an A pillar outer panel 18 follows the end line 40A of a front side door 40, and the difference K between the levels of the moulding mounting section 18C and the wind shield glass support section 12A is gradually expanded from an upper section to the lower section of the vehicle. As a result, the end section 30B on the side of the front side door of a sealing member fixing section 30A in the base section 30 of a moulding 16 is projected a little outside of the vehicle in relation to the end line 40A of te front side door 40.
