PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the luminescent brightness and the luminescent time of a light accumulating pigment, and also, keep the fragrance of a fragrant oil for a long period of time, by coating a transparent ceramic based modified fluorine contained resin film containing a light accumulating pigment on the surface of a white natural marble cobble stone impregnated with the fragrant oil. SOLUTION: A white natural marble cobble stone is washed with water, heat-dried, and is impregnated with a fragrant oil to the internal core after the heat is cooled. After being impregnated with the fragrant oil to the internal core, a ceramic base modified fluorine contained resin containing a light accumulating pigment is applied on the surface a plurality of times, and a treatment of heat-drying is applied. By this constitution, a white natural marble cobble stone ornament of which the appearance as a work of art is extremely high with the smell of the fragrance and a mysterious brightness which is beautifully presented in the dark, and which is excellent in water-resistance, weather- resistance and chemical-resistance as well, and can be used outdoor and industrially mass-produced.
