PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retarded resin composition having excellent flame retardance and moldability, capable of controlling reduction in mechanical characteristics when treated in a high-temperature high-humidity state, having excellent recycling properties, suitable for automobile, electric/electronic parts. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene terephthalate resin with (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of red phosphorus having 0.1-1,000μS/cm electric conductivity (the electric conductivity of extracted solution with water is measured by adding 100 mL pure water pure water to 5 g red phosphorus, extracting at 121 deg.C for 100 hours, filtering red phosphorus and diluting the filtrate into 250 mL).
