An air inlet hole 6 is formed in the lid 5 to introduce the powder-contg. air from the upper part, a hole 7 is formed at the lower part of the vessel 3, a filter 9 and a vacuum pump 10 are connected with a connecting pipe inbetween, The vessel is evacuated by the vacuum pump 10, and hence the pinholes of the manifold 2 are plugged by the powder and shielded.
