PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for producing fine ferrite grains by which the fine ferrite grains can industrially be produced. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a 1st looper 3 provided on the downstream side of a hot finishing mill 2, a heat-retaining furnace 4 for covering the 1st looper 3 and for maintaining the inside at about 650 deg.C for a ferrite region, a width-direction rolling mill 5 which is provided on the downstream side of the heat-retaining furnace 4 and with which a material 1 to be rolled is rolled in the width direction, a 2nd looper 7 which is provided on the down-stream side of the width-direction rolling mill and a coiler 8 which is provided on the downstream side of the 2nd looper 7 and with which the material 1 to be rolled is coiled into a coil.
