PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage to a body to be coated by a dispenser movement controller for detecting contact or access of the dispenser with and to the body. SOLUTION: This dispenser movement controller 20 is provided with an access detector 21 generating an output when a syringe part 26 approaches a specified position and a movement controller 24 for stopping a moving device 22 by the output of the detector 21 or slightly moving it in the opposite direction. When the syringe 26 is allowed to approach the specified position by the device 22, the output is generated by the detector 21, and the device 22 is stopped by the controller 24 or slightly moved in the opposite direction by the output of the detector 21. Consequently, the damage to a body 1 to be coated is prevented.
