PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable shaving without strongly pressing a razor to a skin, to prevent the damage of keratin and to provide satisfactory sharpness by shaving body hairs by touching the skin with a blade while using a piezoelectric actuator for the vibrating means of the blade. SOLUTION: A substrate 2 is fixed in a case 1, a piezoelectric actuator 10 similarly built in this case 1 fixes the base end side thereof to the substrate 1, and a blade 4 is attached through a supporter 3 to the top end side discharged from the case 1. The piezoelectric actuator 10 is formed by arranging piezoelectric bodies 12 and 13 on both the sides of a metallic diaphragm 11, for example, by coating or the like, one end of an AC power source 14 is connected to the diaphragm 11 and the other end is wired so as to be connected to both the piezoelectric bodies 12 and 13. By impressing an AC voltage to the piezoelectric bodies 12 and 13, the diaphragm 11 is vibrated vertically to the skin and in such a vibrating state, the blade 4 is slid along with the skin while being lightly and obliquely fitted to the skin so that shaving is performed.
