PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for producing a hard laver sheet scarcely peeling even when dipped in water and a method for utilizing the laver sheet. SOLUTION: 1. This method for producing a scarcely peeling laver sheet comprises selecting a laver containing >=3% of 3,6-anhydro-L-galactose, a laver collected with a laver net having >=3 times frequency of collection or a laver produced by a floating-laver culture method near the open sea as a laver raw material, forming the laver sheet by mixing pullulan at the time of producing the laver sheet, coating a laver sheet with curdlan, finely pulverizing the raw material laver with a mincer, etc. 2. The method for utilizing the laver sheet comprises using the laver sheet for a dish cooked in a pot 2 at the table, i.e., hot water is boiled in the pot 2 and the laver sheet is dipped in the hot water for >=10 min, then taken out, dipped in a seasoning 6 and eaten. |
