<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently, stably and surely join a covered wire and a terminal member. SOLUTION: A YAG laser beam LB oscillated by a YAG laser oscillator is introduced to an emitting unit 28 through an optical fiber 26, the YAG laser beam converges at/irradiates a coil winding part 30 by an optical lens integrated to the emitting unit 28 (collimator lens, converging lens). Here, an optical axis of the YAG laser beam LB is aligned to the portion inside the coil winding part 30 of a commutator blade part 23, an optical axis CX of the YAG laser beam LB is inclined by 5-15 deg. inward against a normal line N at the incident point M of the commutator blade part 23 as viewing from the commutator blade part 23.</p> |
