摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sliding performance by forming a coat layer mainly composed of fluorocarbon resin and binder on an outer periphery of a piston head portion of a compressor, and allowing a fluorocarbon resin precipitation part to remain on a surface of the coat layer. SOLUTION: In a piston type compressor for a vehicular air-conditioner wherein an outer peripheral surface of a piston 22 is contacted with an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder bore, the piston 22 is disposed in the cylinder bore so as to insert head part 31 of each end into the cylinder bore of a front side and a rear side. In this case, a coat layer 35 mainly composed of fluorocarbon resin and binder is coated on an outer peripheral surface of both head parts 31 in a thickness of a few tend of micron, thereby ensuring seal performance between the outer peripheral surface of the piston 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder bore, a low friction sliding performance, and wear-resistance. At that time, the fluorocarbon resin is precipitated on a surface of the coat layer 35, on the other hand, the much binder is existed on an adhesive surface side with the piston 22.</p>
