PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical vibration control structure for a building exerting sufficient vibration control performance according to the conditions such as the performance of a vibration control sealant provided at a joint section between adjacent wall panels rockably supported on the structural skeleton of the building independently, joint width and joint pitch. SOLUTION: A vibration control sealant 3 made of a urethane sealant is provided at a joint section between adjacent ALC panels 1 rockably supported on the structural skeleton of a building independently. The joint width between the adjacent ALC panels 1 is 5-40 mm, the joint pitch is 300-1100 mm, the length of the vibration control sealant 3 per unit area is 1-3 m/m2, the logarithm of the dynamic storage elastic modulus at 0-50 deg.C is 6-10, and the minimum value of loss tangent is 0.2 or above.
