PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an H-steel material assembling clamp capable of surely fixing crossing ribs with the simple fixing work. SOLUTION: This H-steel material assembling clamp pinches and fixes ribs A, B of H-steel materials crossing together. The clamp is provided with a main clamper 10 for clamping the rib A in the vertical direction at a position apart from the intersection, an auxiliary clamper 20 capable of being oscillated in the horizontal plate against the main clamper 10, connected vertically displaceably against the main clamper 10, and clamping the rib B in the vertical direction at a position apart from the intersection, and a screw 29 serving as a position fixing tool for restraining or releasing the attitude of the auxiliary clamper 20 against the main clamper 10.
