PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat resistance by inserting an intermittent rubber layer combined ethylene.propylene.diene rubber(EPDM) with both bridging agents of organic peroxide and sulfur between upper/lower cover rubbers and adhesive rubber. SOLUTION: An intermittent rubber layer 3 is vulcanized and adhered on the upper/lower surfaces of an adhesive rubber layer 2 in which a steel cord 1 is buriied and further a cover rubber 4 is vulcanized and adhered on the upper/lower surfaces. In the rubber composition of the adhesive rubber layer 2, EDPM as a rubber component and a sulfur system vulcanizer as a bridging agent are combined. In the rubber composition of the intermittent rubber layer 3, EDPM as the rubber component and the organic peroxide and sulfur system vulcanizer as the bridging agent are combined. In the rubber composition of the cover rubber 4, ethlene.propylene rubber(EPM) as a rubber component and the organic peroxide as the vulcanizer are combined.
