PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively form input cooling liquid as a cooling liquid film and to effectively cool a flying body by providing a nozzle to inject cooling liquid toward the trajectory body in a launching cylinder and a deflector block having an inclined surface on an inwall of the launching cylinder at a position lower than the nozzle. SOLUTION: A water filling spray 7 hits a flying body 2, a part of it is reflected and it becomes a reflective spray 12. Thereafter, a deflector block 15 having a surface inclined downward toward the trajectory body 2 is horizontally arranged on a lower end of a region on which the reflective spray 12 of the inwall of a launching cylinder 3 reaches and hits below a water filling nozzle 6. Thereby, cooling water of the reflective spray 12, etc., reaching other than a surface of the flying body 2 out of the water filling spray 7 burst out from the water filling nozzle 6 flows down as water droplets, returned to the surface of the flying body 2 by an inclined surface of the deflector block 15 and forms a water film 8. Consequently, roughly the whole of cooling water becomes the water film 8 on the surface of the flying body 2, and cooling efficiency of the flying body 2 is remarkably improved.
