PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber crawler running device having a lateral balance which is satisfactory during working at a horizontal position. SOLUTION: A rolling wheel 4 is in the form of a stride-over type wheel having flange parts on both sides of center parts 4B, and a rubber crawler 5 is embedded therein with cores 8 at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the crawler 5, and formed thereon with rail beads 6 on left and right sides of the center part of the crawler, on which the center parts 4B of the stride-over type wheel 4 roll. With this arrangement, the center parts 4B of the stride-over type roller 4 are supported and roll on the rail beads 6 formed on the left and right sides of the center part of the crawler 5, and left and right receiving parts are formed outside of the left and right rail beads 6 in order to limit the tilting of the roller 4 and the rubber crawler 5 when the roller 4 and the crawler 5 are tilted relative to each other.
