PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a caring person of small force to put a person to be cared in a wheelchair without hurting his/her back by integrating the backrest seat and the seat to be a hammock type and providing a cross bar and a cross pipe. SOLUTION: The backrest seat 10 and the seat 9 are integrated to form a hammock type seat. An opening/closing cross formed of a cross bar 12 and a cross pipe 11 is arranged. A handle stay 8 is brought down forward positioned at a right angle with respect to a bed and the seat 10 is brought down forward. Thus the legs of the caring person can move forward to the bar 12. Namely, a step guard 13 is a little elevated so that the step 6 is rotatively moved to the side surface. A bed through 1 is placed on a bed, a handle stay 8 is brought down forward and legs are moved to the place of the bar 12 between U-frames 7 to transfer the patient sitting on the bed facing backward to the wheelchair. Thus, it is possible to work without hurting his/her back.
