PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the troubles of inverted fishhooks having conventional structures and used for hooking and fixing decoy Plecoglossus altivelis on the fishing using the decoy Plecoglossus altivelis, such as a trouble that the inverted fishhook is easily detached from the decoy Plecoglossus altivelis, a trouble that the length of a fishing line to the inverted fishhook can not spontaneously be adjusted in response to the length of the decoy Plecoglossus altivelis, thereby easily causing a trouble such as the entanglement of a fishing line, and further a trouble that a fishing line bound to a catching fishhook is easily broken at a place bound to the inverted fishhook. SOLUTION: This inverted fishhook 7 is obtained by extending a fixing projection 2 from the hook shaft 1 of the inverted fishhook toward its point 3 to form a space between the fixing projection 2 and the point 3, nipping a part of the body of a decoy Plecoglossus altivelis in the space, when the inverted fishhook 7 is inserted into the decoy Plecoglossus altivelis, disposing fishing line guides 4 on the hook shaft 1, and forming a curved surface with which a fishing line bound to a catching fishhook 11 is brought into contact.
