SUBSTANCE: antenna has waveguide in the form of round tube filled with solid heat-resistant insulating material and communicating with outside atmosphere through hole in panel which is built integral with waveguide; microwave radiation blocking screen in the form of hollow parallelepiped open on one side that closes panel hole; and material expanding under effect of temperature. Antenna is connected to power structure of ballistic vehicle and closed with heat-shielding cover. To prevent screen displacement over the flight path mentioned screen is stuck to heat-shielding cover by means of adhesive compound whose adhesive properties are reduced with heat (not shown on illustration). During entry in atmosphere on descend portion of flight heat- shielding cover heats up and overheats through depth. High temperature causes expansion of material with the result that screen is shifted and panel hole opens. EFFECT: improved protection of ballistic vehicle against microwave radiation of weapon; improved operating safety of altimeter. 1 dwg
