PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the treating process and term until the final disposal of waste and prevent an unlawful throw by a discharger by sending a first control tag so that the second control tag delivered by a treater can be confirmed, when the treater sends the first control tag delivered by the discharger to the discharger. SOLUTION: It is judged by the control tag number recorded to a first control tag (control tag 6) received by a dicharger 1 how does a treater 3 disassemle and ship to the next treater 5. While, the control tag number of the waste discharged from the discharger 1 is not recorded on the second control tag (control tag 7) delivered by the treater 3. Therefore, in order to specify the discharger 1 and the waste discharged by the discharger 1 from the control tag 7 delivered by the treater 3, it is settled by searching the control tag number delivered by the treater from the control tag 6 of the waste received by the treater 3. Thus, the calculater and discharger, the carryer and treater hold the terminals respectively and the related information is called out from both directions. |
