PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device capable of increasing twist rigidity of a shaft without increasing a dimension of the conveyance device, reducing a difference in twist rigidity of a plurality of shafts, and preventing accumulation of swing caused due to precision of a bearing. SOLUTION: This conveyance device 1A is provided with a conveyance arm assembly 30, a fixed shaft 10, at least one set of hollow operation shafts 21, 22 required for operation control of the conveyance arm assembly 30, and a motor M provided between the fixed shaft 10 and each operation shaft 21, 22, One set of operation shafts 21, 22 are attached to the fixed shaft 10 in parallel in the axial direction of the fixed shaft 10 so that they can turn coaxially with the fixed shaft 10 on the outside of the fixed shaft 10.
