PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay out a staple member from a needle package after mounting to a stapler device by providing a rotary body for paying out the tip of this band shape staple member to the prescribed position of the stapler device by engaging with one part of the band shape staple member. SOLUTION: When a mount unit mounted by a staple package 5 is inserted in the mount port of a staple main body, a feed roller 4 is contacted to a roller guide 206 and the feed roller 4 is rotated in the pay out direction of the band shape staple member 2 following to an insertion operation and the band shape staple member 2 is paied out. The paied out band shape staple member 2 is supplied between the guides and paied out until bumping to the former when the band shape staple member 2 is not remained onto a pending plate 105 and guide and paied out until containing to the rear end of the residual band shape staple member 2 when the band shape needle member 2 is remained. Therefore, a staple S can be supplied to a close position by only mounting the staple package 5.
