PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument capable of eliminating the fixed concept of the conventional method of drying a quilt or the like, being sanitarily, safely and easily handled in a short time with less labor and sun-drying one surface of the quilt or the like at once to be led to daily health maintenance. SOLUTION: A receiving base (serving also as a reinforcing material) 3, a tool 2 for preventing the falling of the quiet or the like and elastic bodies 8-13 are attached to a receiving base frame 1. Further, at the lower part of the receiving base provided with a recessed part 7, a main body load support 4 and a hooking part 5 to be hooked at the window or to a handrail or the like are connected and combined by an angle variable stopper 6 serving also as a connector.
