PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the object of covering cotton wadding, for which the slices of fibers plating cotton with silver (silver plating fibers) are mixed with cloth as a cotton wadding product and to enable use sanitary and improved in warmth retaining property by weaving silver plating fibers into at least one part of cloth. SOLUTION: When producing the cotton wadding product to be applied to bedding or warmth retaining clothing, the cotton wadding mixed with the slices of silver plating fibers into the cotton is covered with the cloth and the object woven with the silver plating fibers into at least one part is used as the cloth. As cotton to be used, pure cotton or synthetic fiber cotton can be used but it is preferable to use comparatively light pure cotton rich in warmth retaining property. Besides, it is preferable the silver plating fibers are contained in 2 to 20 wt.%, especially, about 5 to 15 wt.% in the cotton wadding and the average fiber length of silver plating fiber slices contained in the cotton wadding is made into 1 to 8 cm, especially, about 2 to 6 cm. Thus, the warmth retaining, antibacterial and antistatic properties of the cotton wadding product are improved.
