PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wash an oral cavity or the like by simultaneously attaining water discharge and suction. SOLUTION: A water supply pump 12 and a water discharge pump 13 are fitted to a driving motor 11 in linkage with each rotary driving shaft, which is arranged by projecting the rotary driving shafts at the both sides of a main body. A washing water storing tank 15 is connected at the suction port side of the water supply pump 12, a discharge pipe 18 is connected to the discharge port side of the water supply pump 12, a discharge tank 17 is connected at the discharge port side of the water discharge pump 13 and also a suction pipe 22 is connected at the suction port side of the discharge pump 13. Then the water discharge pipe 18 and the suction pipe 22 are locked to a support bar 110 so as to be freely attachable/detachable and supported by making both tip parts close.
