PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the sight of fermentation-processed foul as much as possible, when the lid of a toilet is opened. SOLUTION: When a user uses a portable toilet, a toilet lid 20 is opened as in a position shown by the solid line. Consequently, a concealing plate 31 is hung down via a link mechanism 30, as in a position shown by the solid line and is therefore disposed so as to keep decomposed matter 5 and excrement placed in the rear of a toilet bowl 1 from being seen by a user. When the toilet lid 20 is opened, an opening signal is output to a control part from a microswitch. Upon receiving it, the control part opens a valve, and sprays foam 27b towards the decomposed matter 5 and excrement from a foam- generating device 27. Thus, the foam 27b is sprayed over the decomposed matter 5 and excrement in the front of the toilet bowl 1, to conceal the decomposed matter 5 and excrement.
