PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-form scrubbing brush having elasticity, wherein the pile is hard to fall without using a sponge-form synthetic resin expanded body while keeping a proper degree of water-permeability, and also, the reduction of the thickness of the scrubbing brush due to the biting-in of the piles with each other and crushing is reduced. SOLUTION: This pile-form scrubbing brush is constituted by forming a pile-form fabric 1 into a ring-shape of which the cross section is an approx. cylindrical shape or an approx. rectangular shape or the like, and in the pile- form fabric 1, the base fabric 2 is formed by the connection of knitted loops, and the pile yarn comprises a monofilament yarn of 30-500 deniers or a yarn containing the monofilament yarn, and the pile yarn 13 is knitted into the base fabric 2, and also forms loop-form piles 3 which protrude from the base fabric 2. At the same time, each pile 3 forms a configuration, wherein the pile 3 is entangled with the pile 3 which is adjacent at least in one direction the longitude and the latitude.
