PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display rack enabling the layout of merchandise to be varied easily. SOLUTION: This display rack for mounting in use within a showcase 1 having a stand part 2 and a back wall 3 erected on the back of the stand part 2 comprises a base 6 which can be attached to the stand part 2 and an inclined panel 7 freely rotationally attached to the base 6, and a plurality of pairs of claw holes into which claws 13a protruding from the back of a rack panel or a cleat 13 can be inserted are provided at both ends of the inclined panel 7. In this case, the length of the base 6 is preferably variable depending on the depth of the showcase 1. Further, the length of the inclined panel 7 is preferably variable depending on the height of the back wall 3 of the showcase 1. Preferably, support legs 8 are attached to the inclined plate 7 so that the inclination angle of the inclined plate 7 can be varied. Ventilating holes are preferably provided in the inclined plate 7.
