PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilated shoes which contribute to hygiene by releasing the moist air and hot air within the shoes to the outside, taking in the fresh air from the outside of the shoes and preventing the infiltration of water, thereby suppressing the occurrence of the sweating, malodor, athlete's foot, etc., of the feet. SOLUTION: An outsole 15 is pressed to bag uppers consisting of uppers 12 and an insole 13. Plural through-holes 3 are formed in an insole trample position and a mesh sheet 5 and sheet 6 having moisture permeable and waterproof functions are successively inserted into a housing frame 2 provided with the through-holes 3 on its rear surface within the housing frame 2. The assembly is mounted to the ground contact surface side of the outsole and is integrally molded with the outsole 15 by foamed polyurethane.
