PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the arranging space of a circuit parts without enlarging a front panel by setting a fitting part on the side of the rack main body of a fixing panel for fixing the circuit parts to the rack main body to the outer surface side of a strut. SOLUTION: Concerning the fixing panel 4, a projecting piece 4b is formed projecting forward nearly at a right angle from a face board part 4a which forms a horizontal width nearly coincident with an interval between adjacent struts 21 and is oriented vertically, and a bent piece 4c is extended outward along the front surfaces 21a of the struts 21 from the front end of the piece 4b. Then, concerning the panel 4 like it, a circuit parts fixing part 41 is arranged on the face of the opposed surfaces 21b of the adjacent struts 21 and a rack main body side fixing part 42 projectingly provided forward from this part 41 is fixed to the struts 21 with a means such as screwing in the state of being added to the surfaces 21a of the struts 21 or is restrained to the strut 21 through restraining tool such as pawls. Thus, appearance can be improved.
