PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting hardly cousing a crack than heretofore in the process of freely turnably coupling metal fittings with each other. SOLUTION: A swivel is composed of two metal fittings, namely, a main body 10 of swivel and a metal fitting 20 for fixture. A groove part 22 is provided on a peripheral wall forming an inserting hole 21 of the metal fitting 20 for fixture. In the state of inserting an axial part 11 of the main body 10 of swivel into the inserting hole 11, a force is vertically applied to the metal fitting 20 for fixture, the inserting hole 21 is deformed, and the metal fitting 20 for fixture and the main body 10 of swivel are coupled so as to be freely turned.
