PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding wax with no anxiety for environmental pollution, since various chemical substances have been used in a conventional sliding wax for skis and a snowboard and there is a fear for environmental pollution. SOLUTION: The sliding wax is made by compounding a hashish resin and microcarbons prepared from, as a raw material, hashish into a beeswax. A conventional sliding wax for skis and a snowboard was made much more of a sliding performance and various chemical substances were used for the sliding wax. As a result, a pollusion of soil and water quality was in anxiety. Consequently, high viscosity properties and improved durability performance are imparted by mixing the hashish with the beeswax, and friction to a snow surface is reduced by mixing the microcarbons with them. Thus, the new sliding wax is compared with the conventional ones in view of the performance, and the new wax does not bring any environmental pollution, because all the raw materials of the wax are natural ones.
