PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight cellular concrete panel resistant to the damage of the side part of a groove by the impact during transportation or application and having a surface texture of natural stone (macadam texture, marble grain texture or bare rock texture). SOLUTION: In a light-weight cellular concrete panel 1 having grooves formed on the surface, the side face of the groove 2 having gradient on the surface face is impacted acted with a releasing tool to release the light-weight cellular concrete 1 at one or both sides of the groove 2 and form a releasing band 5 exposing the broken face of the cell on the surface of the light-weight cellular concrete panel excluding at least the bottom part of the groove 2 and the unbroken part of the side face.
