PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingot-peeling device capable of automatically peeling an ingot from a work plate. SOLUTION: An ingot-adhered work plate IW carried in a delivery selection 12 is carried to a peeling section 14 by the use of the first carrying device 70 and then immersed in hot water to naturally peel the ingot, etc. The peeled ingot I and a slice space S are carried to a washing section 16 by the use of the second carrying device 100, washed, dried, and then recovered into an ingot- recovering section 20 and a slice space-recovering section 22, respectively. The separated work plate W is carried to the washing section, washed, dried, and then recovered into the ingot-recovering section 20.
