PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a storage space by easily moving a mid rack partitioning off the storage space to a position where there is no hindrance to the delivery of stocks, improving the working efficiency, and further, and freely moving a position of the mid rack up and down. SOLUTION: A peripheral frame 1 consisting of both sides 2 and a back part 3 is fixedly erected in a bottom rack 6 into plane U-shaped form. A rack support part 12 is projectingly formed in each inner surface of the both the side part 2 as being possible for up-and-down motion and position lockup, and a mid rack 17 is mounted on this rack support part 12. This mid rack 17 projects each supporting shaft to both sides in direction of the back part 3, and it is engaged with each long hole of two bearing bodies 23 and 24 movably up and down motion. In addition, the mid rack 17 is made rotatable in the vertical direction with the supporting shaft as the supporting point, while this supporting shaft is slidden according to the long hole, thereby making the mid rack 17 installable in parallel with the back part 3.
