PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packing cushion with sufficient strength, which can be repetitively used without increasing density of a cushion material. SOLUTION: A cushion material 8 made of expanded styrene for example with elasticity and a reinforcing cushion 7 integrally molded with a reinforcing member 9 made of a material which is harder than that of the cushion 8 and has sufficient strength difficult to deform are used as lowermost and uppermost packing cushions for packing a cathode ray tube. At this time, the reinforcing member 9 of the cushion 7 is placed to be outside the pack. Thus deformation and deterioration of the cushion material 8 can be suppressed more largely than a conventional one, allowing repetitive use. Further efficiency in packing can be improved, so that the cathode ray tube pack which is inexpensive and has a less amount of the packing material to be disposed of can be provided.
