PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of a carer by horizontally rotatably arranging a toilet bowl main body with a vertical shaft orthogonal to a floor surface as the center, and forming a caring space in a sanitary room. SOLUTION: A toilet main body 4 is rotatably supported with the distributing water pipe center line of the lower part as the center, a hand-washing counter 33 can be moved along a side wall IC, and a top plate 32 is installed on a fixing counter 31 by a hinge. Next, when caring a person 71 to be cared on a wheelchair 70, a carer 72 enters a sanitary room 1, forms a caring space in a corner part by moving the counter 33 to the counter 31 side after rotating the top plate 32 to an upper surface of the counter 31, and forms the caring space between it and the counter 33 by rotating a main body 4. Next, the carer 72 sits the person 71 to be cared on the main body 4, rotates the main body 4 to a former former position, rotates the main body 4 after easing nature, places the person to be cared on the wheelchair 70, and returns the counter 33 and the top plate 32 to the former state to thereby secure a sufficient caring space in the sanitary room.
