PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and save the space via the shrinkage of a substrate size and the reduction of a stop switch by turning a washing means kept in an on-state to an off-state and vice versa when pushing a wash switch again so that no stop switch is required. SOLUTION: This human private part washing device is provided with a toilet stool, an openable toilet seat arranged on the toilet stool, a washing means 6 washing human private parts, wash switches 21, 22 operating the washing means 6, and a controller turning the washing means 6 kept in an on-state to an off-state and vice versa when a wash switch is pushed.
