PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in use by housing a distributing water pipe in a radial belt-like swollen part in a bottomed cylindrical main body for housing a water sprinkling hose, and connecting the distributing water pipe to a water sprinkling cock of a central part. SOLUTION: A belt-like swollen part 13 is projected in a radial shape on a bottom wall 12 of a bottomed cylindrical main body 1 for housing a water sprinkling hose, and a water sprinkling cock 2 is erected in the center of the swollen part 13. Next, a distributing water pipe 3 is housed in the swollen part 13, one end is connected to the water sprinkling cock 2, and the other end is connected to a service water pipe. Next, a drain port 14 is arranged in a side wall on the opposite side of a side wall of a main body 1 connected with the edge of the swollen part 13, a drainage slope is arranged in the peripheral edge direction from the center of a bottom wall 12, and a drainage slope is arranged toward the drain port 14 on the almost annular peripheral edge so that rainwater flowing the main body is made to flow out of the drain port 14. Thus, since the water sprinkling hose connecting to the water sprinkling cock can be housed b being wound round the periphery of the water sprinkling cock, work for attaching the water sprinkling hose every use time can be obviated, and since the distributing water pipe is housed in the belt-like swollen part, a hitch of the distributing water pipe at transport/installation time can be prevented.
