DEVICE FOR JETTING PRESSURIZED WATER FOR PILE DRIVING AND JETTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate danger by preventing a hydraulic hose from jumping about owing to the reactive motion of the water stream spouting from the front end of the hose when the hydraulic hose fitted to a pile is drawn upward and is detached from the pile. SOLUTION: A valve body 7 is connected to the front end of a hydraulic hose 6 and a straight valve spool 8 is slidably fitted in the valve body 7. Meanewhile, a closed-end cylindrical valve holder 9 is fixed to the pile 1 and when the valve body 7 is inserted in the valve holder 9, the valve spool 8 is pushed up (A) and the pressure water is vertically connected through the valve spool 8 and spouted downward (arrow mark a). When the hose 6 is pulled up, the valve spool 8 is pushed down by the hydraulic pressure and a through hole 8b on the pipe wall is exposed and the pressure water is discharged also form the hole and hence, the jet water stream downward is weakened and the reaction is also lessened (B).
