Each grip is rigidly secured on end of connecting rod. The latter, in its middle part, is hinge-connected with crank secured on additional shaft. Other end of connecting rod is hinge-connected with output link made in form of lever and being hinge coupled with rotor. Additional is installed in parallel with rotor shaft. Lock for engagement with brake disk and gear for meshing with toothed sector are mounted on end of shaft. Length of output link is equal to length of crank. Distance between center of rotation of crank and center of rocking of output link is equal to distance between centers of hinge joints coupling connecting rod with crank and link. Positions of output link within the limits of direct and reverse strokes correspond to positions of stops secured on rotor. EFFECT: simplified design of device and improved quality of stowing. 3 cl, 10 dwg
