PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dense oxide-based ceramic sintered compact. SOLUTION: This method for producing an oxide-based ceramic sintered compact comprises molding raw material powder having <=1 μm average particle diameter and >=5 m2/g BET specific surface area to give a ceramic molding product and baking the molding product in an atmosphere having >=95% oxygen concentration in a shorter time than an ordinary time while providing a higher temperature than an ordinary baking temperature to complete sintering in a short time. |
