PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of the surface polishing step for exposing the end faces of the internal electrodes containing Ni by using a ceramic material that contains (Ca, Sr) (Ti, Zr)O3 composition as the main components, at least MnO and SiO2 and additionally MgO, as a dielectric substance. SOLUTION: Multiple oxides represented by the formula (0<=X<=1; 0<=Y<=0.10; 0.75<=m<=1.04) are used as the main component, SiO2 and BaO and/or CaO are used as sub-components in an amount of 0.5-15 mol% based on the main components calculated as multiple oxides represented by the formula: [(BazCa1-z) O]vSiO2 (0<=z<=1; 0.5<=v<=4.0) and further MnO is used in an amount of 0.2-5 mol% and the mixture is calcined. Further, MgO is added to the calcined product in an amount of 0.001-10 mol% based on the main components to prepare a dielectric paste. This paste is used to form green sheets, the paste of internal electrodes is printed thereon and they are laminated and fired to produce the objective laminated porcelain capacitor having non-reducible dielectric ceramic material as a dielectric substance. |
