PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the power fluctuation caused by the fluctuation of a system frequency by feeding back the deviation signal between a turbine rotating speed (generator rotating speed) and the system frequency to the feedback control of generating power signal in an output control device as a feedback compensation element. SOLUTION: In a turbine generating set, the air from a compressor 10 and the fuel from a fuel flow control valve 14 are supplied to a combustor 12 to perform the combustion, and the combustion gas of the combustor 12 is introduced into a turbine 16 to drive a generator 18. In this case, a generator control board 20 is connected to the generator 18, and the generating power signal, generator rotating speed signal and system frequency signal from the control board 20 are transmitted to an output control device 22. The feedback control of the generating power signal is performed there, and the deviation signal between the generator rotating speed and the system frequency is fed back as the feedback compensation element, and the fuel flow control vale 14 is controlled so as to suppress the power fluctuation caused by the fluctuation of the system frequency.
