PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply and inexpensively constructing a pavement body having various functions and excellent in durability and the functionality pavement body, excellent in durability and stability, constructed by the method. SOLUTION: In a spraying type surface treatment method wherein a binder 2 and an aggregate 3 are sprayed to construct a surface treatment layer, substantially colorless artificial asphalt is used as the binder 2, and a functionality aggregate is used as the aggregate 3. A pavement body constructed by the surface treatment method is provided.
