PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To endure wind and rain by storing a motorcycle small and improving strength of it at the time of developing it by making it possible to develop a cover and a support rod in a circular arc shape by dividing them into three, making head ends of those developed in the circular arc shape free to connect to and disconnect from a pole receiver and covering a side surface with a plural number of semi-circular side covers. SOLUTION: First, second and third covers 2, 2', 2" are lifted, pulled up and fixed at the time when it starts raining and the covers are required. Hereby, it is required that a pole 8 is perfectly fitted in a pole receiver. When the pole receiver is not provided in a handle rotating center, a handle is not rotated. When the third cover 2" and a third slide rail 5" are pulled, they are developed, a donut type roof is formed and it is integrated. A front part is supported by the pole 8, and the rest is supported by first, second and third stands 1, 1', 1". The first, second and third stands 1, 1', 1" are all developed, extended long and made into one rod.
