PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve driving comfortability at the time of raining by regulating water droplets from dripping on the side of a driver's seat at the time of raining on both side parts of a windshield in the car width direction. SOLUTION: A water droplet dripping preventive means A is constituted by bending both side parts 5b in the car width direction of a windshield 5 backward, folding back their head end parts 5c to the front side and engaging and installing a protective guide 90 on the head end parts 5c. The windshield 5 is fastened and fixed by inserting a bolt 84 in a collar 83 and screwing a nut 85 on a head end part of the bolt 84. Consequently, it is possible to prevent dripping of water droplets on the side of a driver's seat at the time of raining from the both side parts 5b in the car width direction of the windshield 5 by the water droplet dripping preventive means A and to improve driving comfortability at the time of raining by reducing water droplets dripping on an occupant from the both side parts 5b in the car width direction of the windshield 5 at the time of raining while securing a sense of freedom at the time of riding on a cart and facility of riding in and off.
