PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive decorative sheet also having damage resistance in addition to proper flexibility, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance and excellent in productivity by using a material other than a vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has a layer comprising a resin compsn. constituted of 85-95 wt.% of highly crystalline polypropylene with isotacticity (boiling decane soluble residue) of 95% or more and 5-15 wt.% of low density polyethylene with an MFR of 5-15 g/min and having bending initial modulus of 10,000 kgf/cm2 or more.
