PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render a deodorant film transparent, and make both design and installation manner have degree of freedom by providing a transparent deodorant layer on a transparent substrate or a transparent deodoration layer on one surface of the transparent substrate, and also providing a transparent separable pressure adhesive layer on its opposite surface. SOLUTION: A TAC transparent film 6 is used as a substrate, and an inorganic binder 5 is applied thereon. Application liquid containing porous inorganic minute grains 2, titanium dioxide 3 and a porous inorganic binder 4 is applied on the upper layer thereof in order to form a deodorant layer 9, and also a porous binder 1 is formed on a further upper layer thereof. On the other hand, an adhesive layer 7 is applied on the opposite surface of the substrate, and then a separation film 8 is adhered thereon. By providing a UV absorption layer and/or heat ray cutting layer below the deodorant layer 9, further UV ray cutting or heat ray cutting can be conducted simultaneously. For such an inorganic binder, there are given montmorillonite, kaolinite, zeolite, colloidal silica, etc.
