PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and easily adhere a foamable elastic member by directly coating a surface of the member with an adhesive to form an adhesive layer, and providing a release sheet on the layer. SOLUTION: The foamable elastic member with an adhesive comprises a foamable elastic member 1 having a predetermined ratio of closed cells therein and an adhesive layer 2 provided over an overall surface by directly coating one surface side of the member 1 with the adhesive by utilizing, for example, a pressure of a squeegee of a screen printer. A release sheet 3 is adhered to the surface of the layer 2. The layer 2 is filled in bubbles of the surface of the member 1. The member 1 is preferably selected from the group consisting of a polyurethane, a silicone rubber, a CR, an SBR, an NR and an NBR. Further, an expansion ratio of the member 1 is 1.2 to 5 times, and a ratio of the closed cells is preferably 50% or above.
